Entering our Caps@School Monthly contest is easy!
Any teacher who submits a completed lesson plan from one of their students or tell us how they used the program in their classroom will automatically be entered into a contest where you could win one of two player visits with a Chipotle burrito party or a class-set of Washington Capitals autographed pucks.
To enter, please send us your completed lesson plan or paragraph explaining how you used the program by email at info@capsatschool.com, or by fax to: 1-905-273-6212. You can also mail your entry to 3145 Wolfedale Rd, Mississauga, ON, Canada , L5C 3A4
When submitting your entry, be sure to include the following information: your name, school name and address, grade taught, school phone number and your email address.
